Identified - A job responsible for sharing license keys, cases, and account records in customer portal recently encountered issues, causing a number of items to be unavailable in customers' portal accounts.

Tableau teams have identified the root cause and are working to resolve. Once the root cause is resolved, we anticipate the backlog of records to share should clear within 24h. If this changes, an update will be posted here.
