As of approximately 2022-07-23 07:30 UTC (1:30am PDT), all license key visibility is up-to-date in the customer portal. Customers can expect normal processing times for further license key updates.
Customers may still experience a delay in visibility of some items in the customer portal including deployments, support cases, and accounts. Teams are working to resolve the backlog of remaining items.

Customers who have new or updated license keys after 2022-07-21 at 20:45 UTC (1:45pm PDT) should see normal processing speeds for key visibility (within 1-4 hours).
Teams are currently working to prioritize enabling visibility of license keys created or updated between 2022-07-21 at 00:15 UTC thru 20:45 UTC (2022-07-20 5:15pm PDT - 2022-07-21 1:45 pm PDT). Current target is to complete updating license key visibility within 24 hours.
Once keys have been updated, the backlog of remaining items - support cases, invoices, deployments, and accounts - will resume processing.

A fix has been implemented, however a significant backlog of records exists. Teams are currently monitoring and working through the backlog.
Customers may experience a delay of 24h or more before keys, deployments, accounts, and cases have up-to-date visibility.

Tableau Customer portal is currently experiencing a delay sharing license keys, cases, and account records in customers' portal accounts.
Tableau teams are working to resolve. Once the root cause is resolved, records will update/share to customers' portals. If this changes, an update will be posted here.
