Investigating
Tableau Engineers are investigating a potential issue within Customer Portal and Partner Portal on the Case detail page that may be impact users. Users viewing cases might be shown an error "S-Drive Activation Error" related to intermittent connectivity issues that prevents upload of large files to cases.

This pop up can be dismissed and users can continue leaving comments and viewing the case. We are working to identify the scope of impact and implement a solution as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience; our next update will be when new information becomes available.
