On Tableau Webstore, customers should anticipate delays in receipt of "New Business" purchase emails (New deployments and eLearning), however orders have been received and will be processed. Invoice payments, renewals, and add-on purchases are all processing normally.

Our developers have identified a fix and expect to resolve the issue by Nov 15, 5pm PST.
