Investigating
We are currently investigating 2 issues with Webstore.

Delivery of Tableau keys from orders placed via webstore temporarily delayed. All keys will be delivered once the delay is resolved.

Additionally, customers attempting to add licenses to existing deployments may see an "ineligible" page, when they may actually be eligible.
