Tableau Engineers have implemented a change to mitigate the issue of customers receiving an error when they attempt to respond to an open support case via supportcasereplies@tableau.com but receive an automated reply indicating "Support cases are no longer accepted via email."

The mitigation has updated the response received by customers informing them of the ongoing issue and providing them links to current workarounds.

Tableau engineers are continuing to work to mitigate the underlying issue and updates will be provided as new information becomes available.
