Tableau Engineers detected a degradation with Tableau Licensing Activation which caused some customer key activations to fail starting at approximately 9:45 PM UTC on 3/16/2021. A solution to resolve the issue was implemented by 9:03 PM UTC on 3/17/2021. This incident is considered resolved and an internal Root Cause Analysis is underway.
